2012 Tryout Information:

Tryout Registration 

Tryout Registration & Waiver Form Please fill out the form and mail it with the Tryout Fee to Dan LaBonte 603 East Orange Street, Shippensburg PA 17257. The early registration tryout fee until October 8 is $35. After October 8, the tryout fee is $45. Checks should be made out to Revolution VBC. Please include your daughter's name in the memo line of the check.

Necessary To Bring To The Tryout

1. Tryout Registration & Waiver Form If you did not mail it in advance.
2. Tryout Fee of $45 if not paid in advance.
3. Proof of KRVA Membership registration You must pre-register with the Keystone Region Volleyball Association. Print out your KRVA Membership card and bring with you to tryouts. The KRVA registration fee for a junior player is $52.00. If you register in the Keystone Region but decide to play for another club in another region such as the Chesapeake Region, you will have to contact the Keystone Region to transfer your membership over.
4. Bring completed USAV Medical Release Form to tryouts.

Notification on Team Selection

1. Email Notification - An email will be sent to the parents regarding the results of tryouts following the last day of the specific age group tryout.
2. Acceptance or Decline - Offers may be made to any player on the 1st day of tryouts, they must remain open for 4[four] days. Once a junior player has accepted an offer from a club, they will remain committed to that club and may not withdraw their acceptance from that club for any reason. Club directors/coaches/team reps may not offer/approach, via any media, a junior player or their family who has committed to another club. Once an offer is accepted the parent must send an email or hard copy to the club director and girls@krva.org The 4 day period [starts on the day of the offer for all age groups). ** NOTE: U14 tryout times, unless otherwise noted, are for any players eligible to play 14s or a younger age team. Teams at or below this age will be determined after tryouts based on the level of interest from those in attendance.

Chambersburg

All tryouts will be held at the Revolution Warehouse: 130 Industrial Drive, Chambersburg PA 17201 (TVC Communications Sign in Front)

Doors will open 1/2 hour before tryout start time. In order to start on time, please arrive early to make sure your registration in complete.

Unless noted, all tryouts will be held at East Side Youth Center (ESYC) 1140 E. Clair St. Allentown, PA

U15, U16, U17 Sun, Nov. 11th  3:30-5:30PM Tues, Nov 13th  7 - 9PM ** This tryout will be conducted at East Hills Moravian Church, 1830 Butztown Rd. Bethlehem Sun, Nov. 18th  cancelled

All tryouts will be held at the Christ Community Church: 200 Ellis Place, State College PA 16801
